Mvolo is in the Western Equatoria region, located on the Naam River and home to the Jur tribe.

The Jur predominantly work as farmers, growing crops such as sorghum, peanuts, sesame, okra, pumpkin and sweet potatoes. A peaceful and gentle people, the Jur are incredibly welcoming to guests. Executive Director Peter Swann served in Mvolo as a missionary for two years.

In partnership with Sudan Inland Development Foundation, an indigenous non-profit organization, Every Village has completed pastor training in this area.
